Our site www.mistermagorium.com is an e-commerce site aimed at the sale of products regularly purchased from companies that comply with all regulations in force. All those who purchase on the site www.mistermagorium.com, whether individuals or companies, under these General Conditions of Sale are to be considered customers. These General Conditions of Sale govern the sales of the products listed on the site www.mistermagorium.com, starting from the registration of the order. They apply to sales made via Internet, telephone and e-mail.
Conditions and acceptance
The fact that the Customer accepts the General Conditions of Sale before confirming their order automatically implies the viewing and acceptance of the same without reservation. These conditions apply to the exclusion of all other clauses, except for any special agreements agreed in writing and signed by both parties. It is forbidden for the buyer to enter false, and/or invented, and/or fictional data in the registration procedure necessary to activate the process for the execution of this contract and related further communications; the personal details, telephone number and e-mail must be exclusively one's own real personal data and not of third parties and/or fictional.
Modification of sales conditions
Mister Magorium reserves the unquestionable right to modify these General Conditions of Sale at any time.
Products
Mister Magorium undertakes to present the essential characteristics of the products handled. The photographs illustrating the products could, in some cases, not be 100% identical to the product itself, for reasons related to the continuous research of design and coloring, without however compromising its quality which will in any case be equivalent if not improved. In case of any typos or printing errors, Mister Magorium undertakes to promptly provide the correct information through its Customer Service. All products present on this site comply with the specific reference regulations that govern their distribution and use at community and national level; the products that require it are therefore CE marked and accompanied by a declaration of conformity. Furthermore, the quality system active in Mister Magorium requires a careful selection of suppliers and a strict control of products that guarantee their complete safety and high quality. For any other technical and/or regulatory information, or further documentation, such as technical data sheets or specific requests that the operator may need, our Customer Service is available and will promptly provide all answers.
Prices
The prices indicated on the site are expressed in euros and are prices including VAT. Any shipping costs are excluded. As supplier rates are continuously evolving, the prices indicated on the site are subject to change at any time and without notice. They are also subject to variations for reasons related to the launch of a product, promotions and sales. Attention: all prices are given subject to any typos.
Shipping fees

Delivery times
Orders received by 11:00 PM are processed the next business day via express courier. Transit times vary depending on the national or international destination selected during checkout, as specified on the Shipping information page, subject to stock availability.
Orders
There is no minimum order that can be placed. During the completion of the order, the Customer is requested to:
1) fill in the form relating to personal data; it is important to specify the delivery address, telephone number and an e-mail address.
2) carefully reread the form, in all its parts, before validating the order. Mister Magorium is in no way held responsible for errors relating to an incorrect purchase or to be canceled and not made known without making any agreements via email, nor for errors relating to the delivery of the package, deriving from information or data erroneously entered by the Customer in the form relating to personal data.
3) report within the hour following the order placed, any changes to payment, products, or shipping address to avoid any misunderstandings.
4) choose the preferred payment method: - Paypal/Credit Card: It is the most popular online payment system in the world that allows you to pay with maximum security, in real time. With Paypal, the merchant never sees your credit card or account details (which are encrypted with a special system), but only the payment received. Order Confirmation
For all orders placed on the site, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent automatically to the address reported by the Customer in their data sheet.
Invoices
The invoice will be attached to the shipment and will be delivered directly to the buyer's home. Any copies of the sales invoice can be requested by sending an email to info@mistermagorium.com
Transport conditions
Delivery is intended on the ground floor. For any deliveries to the upper floors, contact us to receive a quote.
Warranty and Claims
In case of defects, the goods must be reported via e-mail (info@mistermagorium.com) within the terms of the law. It is advisable to accept with reserve if the package is tampered with.
Right of withdrawal (Returns)
According to the Consumer Code, the consumer has the right to withdraw within 14 days from receipt. Communication must be sent to info@mistermagorium.com or pec mistermagorium@pcert.it.
Return Methods and Shipping Costs
Returns are free of charge, paid by Mister Magorium. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging. The refund is made within 14 days of receiving the return using the same payment method.
